Q.
Can you play for my wedding ceremony?
Q.
I will be having some foreign relatives attending the wedding. Can you do any Ethnic music?.
Q.
My parents want live music at my wedding, but I prefer a DJ - what do I do?
Q.
There is no piano at the club. Can you bring a keyboard?
Q.
How do I coordinate the date between the Caterer, Band, Minister, Photographer, Florist, Dresses, Tuxs, and Chauffer?
Q.
Since you mentioned Agreements or Contracts, do we have to meet with you to finalize our plans?
A.
The minimum is two. (Bass Solos get real boring!) We generally start with a Piano/keyboard
and Bass, then add other musicians as your occasion may call for.
For example - Drums would be important if you are planning on people dancing.
If you want some lite Rock, then include a Guitar. If you have preferences for
Sax or Trumpet, they could be included as well. We also have male and/or female Vocalists.
A.
Yes - You can have an Organist, Violinist, Classical Guitar, Harp or even an small Ensemble -
The choice is yours.
A.
We do some Americanized versons of ethnic music, but if you want the real thing we would be
happy to play some CD recorded music specifically for them.
A.
You can do both. In a typical reception, you may consider live music during the announcements,
toasts and dinner followed by recorded "Party" music such as: Boot scootin' Boogie, YMCA, Hokey Pokey,
Chicken Dance, Macarena, Electric Slide, etc.etc.
A.
Yes - This is a common problem - Musicians have their own instruments and amplification equipment.
We just need access to electrical power and enough space to perform.
A.
WOW! That's too big of a question to answer fairly here - This can be a most difficult and
time-consuming job. We would only suggest that as soon as you have your date determined,
contact each one for their availability and ask them to put you on "hold" for that date/time.
As early as you can, get a firm (signed) agreement/contract with each of them. This way you
won't have to be concerned about losing out on your first choice. There are plenty of resources
available from your library from books and videos to professional "Event Planners" and the internet.

If possible, I would like to meet with you personally and talk over the musical aspects of your
wedding. If this is not practical, then we can discuss all the details by phone. I have a very
simple aggreement that can be emailed to you showing all of the items we would have discussed by
phone. It's simply a matter of emailing it back with a note attached confirming the accuracy.
Snail mail or fax can still be used if you don't have a computer (but then how are you reading this?).
A deposit is also required to reserve a date/time.
